As discussed during our walkthrough, your building has 3 floors of office space totaling approximately 42,000 square feet. Our crew will provide nightly cleaning services Monday through Friday including all common areas, restrooms, breakrooms and private offices. We use commercial grade equipment and eco friendly products and all of our staff are background checked and insured for you're peace of mind.

Service can begin approximately 2-3 weeks from signing depending on staffing and key/access arrangements. This is a month to month agreement with a 30 day cancellation notice required by either party. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice. We accept check, Venmo or Zelle.
